To know or not to know Part III

I think its a bunch of bullshit. I’m sorry. I was living in NYC on 9/11 and I want to know why we werent “warned to expect”. I just dont need the extra fear in my life, my PTSD is enough, thanks. There is nothing definitive in these statements. I AM cynical and I DO think this is a political ploy. “Dont vote Bush out, he’s protecting us” Bullshit. I dont need intelligence chatter to tell me that Al-Queda is planning another attack. They’ve made it pretty obvious that they hate us and they will continue. Tell me something new Mr. Homeland Security.
ok…
Is it wrong that I drive from Jamaica Plain all the way to Saugus to buy meat. Beautiful fresh meat at wholesale prices? I know there are other foodies on this blog who dont blame me for my craziness. I go to the Hilltop Butcher Shop and bring a jacket if you go because you are basically walking into a huge meat locker.

Traders Joes has good meat too, but it might now be as cheap as Saugus. My only knowledge of Saugus is Route 1 and the lovely stores. And I just was going to ask you about Hilltop Steakhouse when I looked above and re-read your post. Wow. How smart am I? :)

Hilltop is amazing, you really have to see it to believe it. I’m always up for a group trip from JP.

you know there’s a Hilltop in Braintree? right off exit 17 on rte 3, which has to be easier from JP than going all the way to Saugus…

Meat Road Trip? Road Trip of Beef? On the Road with Beef?
It would definetly need a cool name, and then I might be all about it.

I think I’m partial to the road trip of meat myself .. maybe the meaty jaunt of savings.
I’ve never been to the one in Braintree.. I think I go to the one in Saugus because it really isnt all that difficult and I actually know how to get there.
