Mass Pike Paving Returns
The signs went up at some point this week letting everyone know that they will be starting up paving of the Mass Pike starting April 1st. It runs from something like 8PM to 5AM each day. I am guessing as they have the past two summers that they will first tear up and groove the road and then re-pave the surface. It looks like they will be doing in towards the Pru tunnel this time. Not sure if they are doing some work west of 495 as well, as there is no information out on the Mass Turnpike Authority web site. This is one of those things that always makes summer driving on the Pike interesting.
