My love of clothes, pound for pound

I work very close to the Garment District, which is great. I can go in there at lunch and wander aimlessly looking for clothes to buy “by the pound!” The last shirt I bought there didn’t fit, and I can’t honestly remember what I bought there before that – but that is really not the point. Clothes! Dollar a pound! It’s all about the concept. Oh, and people watching. There are some funky hipster doofuses in there.
So, do any of you have favorite shopping areas in Boston? I have been searching for months for The Perfect Pair of Pants. Help me on my crusade! I’m talking to you, Boston.

Cambridge Galleria. Well, at least that’s where I’d go if I wanted to pay retail. However, Kittery, ME and Wrentham tend to be places I go.
