Some more good music this weekend

This Saturday, John Butler Trio are playing over at The Paradise Rock Club on Comm Ave. JBT is basically an acoustic rock band. They float in to the jam band space from time to time, but basically just some really good acoustic rock. I’ve seen them before and may try to catch this show tomorrow.

As always, the Paradise is a GREAT place to see a show. Pretty much wherever you stand you can see and hear (unless you get stuck behind one of the poles). Some sitting room, but expect to be standing. And the best part? Cheap beer! Compared to many other places in Boston, the Paradise is pretty cheap. I want to say like $3 or $3.50 for a bottle of beer, but that’s to the best of my recollection.

So, if you’re in the Allston area and want to go out, but don’t want to trek all the way downtown in what is lined up to be a rather disgusting night out weather-wise, check out the show!
